Please note the following relates to the access of free products that are obtained from TheHeroSection. You may use these products for your personal and commercial needs as much as you like. You don't need to attribute TheHeroSection for these 😎 However, a little shoutout would be much appreciated! 🙌

Cloneable projects may contain graphics of real products, trademarks, or other intellectual property owned by someone else. These graphics are licensed on the basis of editorial use only. After cloning a project with these graphics it is your responsibility to consider whether your use of these graphics requires a clearance and if it does, you must obtain that clearance from the intellectual property rights owner.

You can:

• Create End Products for clients or personal projects.
• Make a theme, template or derivative work of any design to sell on any marketplace.
• You may modify or manipulate the Item. You may combine the Item with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.
• This is a 'multi-use' license, which means you may use an Item multiple times, in multiple projects.

You cannot:

• Re-distribute the Item. This includes transferring products to other Webflow accounts or listing products in a way that makes them accessible to other Webflow accounts. The designs are free. Let the fellow designers know about THS 😊
• Resell or otherwise distribute assets/graphics used in "THS" designs on any marketplace as well as via private channels and bots under any circumstances.
• You are not allowed to offer the file downloaded / designs to any third party. If you are creating end-products for sale or for free distribution, they shouldn’t include editable source files, graphics, or other intellectual property owned by someone else. Each design we offer for cloning on TheHeroSection website has a link to the respective license agreement of such content and it is your responsibility to consider whether your use of these source files, graphics, or other intellectual property owned by someone else requires a clearance and if it does, you must obtain that clearance from the intellectual property rights owner.
• If we suspect you do not comply with this agreement and the terms of using our service, we have the right to block your access to our website, https://theherosection.com/, and close access to the items without a notification and clarification of the circumstances. Violation of these terms will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

Limitations

In no event shall TheHeroSection or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on TheHeroSection's website, even if TheHeroSection or a TheHeroSection authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
